Job Description

At Aphrie, we are quite dynamic, energetic and fast growing. We are looking for a Company Administration Associate (CAA) with the following job description and responsibilities:

  • Register the time consumed by software developers on various projects / contracts.
  • Register and track client payments for executed projects.
  • Prepare invoices for client payments.
  • Do candidate HR screening for new software engineers to be hired.
  • Track attendance and absence of all employees.
  • Data entry and Track of company HR and Financial data. Will work on AirTable ERP system.
  • Act as office Administrator and track petty cash spent.

Job Requirements

  • Hold business administration degree or accounting degree or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in company administration role.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …etc)
  • Preferably experience in IT or software related domains.
  • Preferably lives in Maadi
