At Aphrie, we are quite dynamic, energetic and fast growing. We are looking for a Company Administration Associate (CAA) with the following job description and responsibilities:
- Register the time consumed by software developers on various projects / contracts.
- Register and track client payments for executed projects.
- Prepare invoices for client payments.
- Do candidate HR screening for new software engineers to be hired.
- Track attendance and absence of all employees.
- Data entry and Track of company HR and Financial data. Will work on AirTable ERP system.
- Act as office Administrator and track petty cash spent.
Job Requirements
- Hold business administration degree or accounting degree or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in company administration role.
- Good command of English language.
- Good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …etc)
- Preferably experience in IT or software related domains.
- Preferably lives in Maadi
