Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
- Manage and review the daily sales achievements and ensure that areas of concern are identified and recovered in a timely manner.
- Manage and guide the sales team to the achievement of sales targets and ensure that they are equipped with the appropriate knowledge and tools to achieve these.
- Manage and follow-up the collections status and ensure that the balance between credit and collections is achieved within the company standards and policies.
- Manage the relationship with customers and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain the customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the development of solutions and actions to recover any gaps in sales achievements and follow-up with the sales team and other parties to ensure that the solutions are implemented.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in the sales of trucks spare parts.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in setting sales goals.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
