Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Engineer at ORC Construction, based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
- The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the construction field.
- The scope of work includes sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, contracts management, making contracts, creating purchase orders, handling RFQs, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.
- The role involves working 80% indoors and 20% outdoors, requiring a balance of office-based tasks and on-site visits.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on precision and efficiency, are essential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) is a must
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in Construction field
- Experience in procurement ,supply chain management ,and contracts management
- Supplier Evaluation, purchase Orders ,and RFQ Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
