Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute both on-site and off-site SEO, SEM, SM ads, Marketing Automation, and customer email nurturing strategies.
- Manage of organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
- Ideate, test, measure, learn and repeat growth hacks
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across multiple channels, monitor and optimize customer performance and conversion to create insights and achieve better growth results
- Establish and maintain a stable lead pipeline from the existing campaigns.
- Take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product, and business objectives.
- Manage the strategy, setup, and optimize all paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Define and execute growth strategies and marketing acquisition campaigns to support revenue goals, drive engagement, build brand awareness and optimize retention and loyalty.
- Planning & execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website.
- Provide website and companies performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics.
- Manage all our analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Manage organization automation tools.
- Prepare reports on our search engine marketing overall performance.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Proactively introduce and execute new email marketing campaigns ideas based on current events, news, business strategy.
- Create and execute email nurturing strategies using our marketing automations tools.
- Understand and apply inbound marketing tactics.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- +3 Years of Experience in Content Marketing
- B2B previous experience is a MUST
- Fluent in English and Arabic Languages both written and verbal is a MUST
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
- Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
- Proficient in web analytics and keyword tools.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition & retention channels.
- Strong expertise with marketing automation systems like Zoho Marketing hub, Hubspot, Padot, or Marketo.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, work well in a team environment.
- Strong experience with project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical mindset and data-loving is essential since data is the foundation of our decision making.
