Learning & Development Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

Job Summary:

• Formulate and Implement the organization’s training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business.

Major Account-abilities:

• Responsible for technical and non technical training for new different items
• Launching training calendar aligned with line managers.
• Ensure that all staff are well trained and aware of all products & suggestive selling
• Create motivational competitions for staff & Responsible for the whole cycle (design/implementation/coordination etc.)
• Conduct training visits on sites & ensure that training process are followed properly through visit.
• Identify training needs analysis based on Visits & operations manager feedback, mastery shopper reports.
