Job Overview - The eCommerce assistant manager will support the day-to-day business operations of the startup. Must be comfortable with wearing multiple hats and have the entrepreneurial spirit. Communication and quick response time is very important.
- And ad hoc requests will be a major part of the work.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate with suppliers and third party vendors.
- Upload products and product photos to websites.
- Oversee fulfilment of orders.
- Oversee ad campaigns and retargeting campaigns
- Oversee website development
- Maintain inventory count
- Oversea importation of the new product
- Contract reading and drafting
- Support in developing new products
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Education level: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 7 + Years in E-commerce.
- Specific skills: Digital Marketing and Shopify knowledge are must
- Must have some experience in working with suppliers and developing products.
- Personal characteristics: Excellent communicator and proactive decision maker.
- Language: Fluent in English & Arabic.
