Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Supports maintenance manager in developing and implementing the schedule of the preventive maintenance in order to ensure the efficiency of the machines and equipment’s of production.
- Assists the maintenance manager in developing the annual budget of the section, and monitors the section's expenditures to assure its commitment to the approval budget.
- Initiates, leads and participate in continued improvement projects or capital expenditure projects.
- Coordinates between the maintenance manager and the rest of the maintenance team in order to repair the of emergency breakdowns , develops the reports of the performance of the production machines & equipment’s on periodic base to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervises the maintenance engineers & supervisors in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
- Manages Maintenance purchases and validate stock levels for spare parts According to the allocated maintenance budget
- Negotiates the budget for internal labour, spare parts and external services.
- Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
- Ensures that document bases are kept up to date (prevention, project follow-up, automation programs, instruction manuals, archives, etc.)
- Identifies training needs analysis within the section & defines to his staff department's objective and indicators.
- Maintains and implements the Safety program of the section, Monitors health & safety reports to support the maximum levels of safety for the employees.
- Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 18000, 14000, International Food Standards, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of Engineering , Mechanical Major.
- 5-7 years hands-on experience in FMCG " Preferably Dairies ".
- Idol caliber must pocess ( dynamic & Can do attitude , Planning & organizing skills , Time Management & Leadership skills.)
