Job Description
- Monthly share all shipping rates and schedule as per Business needs
- Pre-Booking all destination as per Business needs and order Backlog according the priorities.
- Lead all shipping operation matters.
- In-charge of all cargo charges advice and operations.
- Provide and maintain assistance to all Joint and Slot exchange services.
- Attendance and close follow up with master on vessel schedules.
- Planning of freight for cost effective Vs Service needed.
- Liaise with shipping lines for close follow up with all pending OBL’s.
- Submitting SI and VGM and ensure getting Draft OBL on timely manner.
- Ensure the right control in place for Outbound tracking from Warehouses till arrived to our Valued Customer.
- All GAP Polymers policies and standards on concern.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification – BSC/Diploma holder relevant to marine studies and supply chain
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Multi-task and excellent time management
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Meticulous, resourceful, and motivated
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Availability for travel
