Job Description
- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, processes, and workflow
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, ticketing system, and asset management inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to analyze their business needs.
- Making company policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning such as business continuity plan (crisis situations), Backup Procedures and disaster recovery plan, and IT Security Policy, etc...
- Ensuring all users issues records are entered and loges on a daily basis by the IT team.
- Manage and lead security incident response efforts.
- Building security strategies, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and systems unique to the company.
- Planning, designing, and implementing the ICT annual budget, scheduling expenditures, obtaining competitive prices from vendors, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience in the same field
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
