Job Description
- Administer Employee Benefit Plans & Policies.
- Enrollment / Changes / Terminations for staff.
- Coordination with Finance for Payroll.
- Ensure qualified & non-qualified plans are maintained in compliance with applicable legislation and Regulations.
- Prepare & Distribute benefit & Policy communications for staff including renewal communications, policy changes, and the annual employee benefit statement.
- Creating & Updating SOP for Each department.
- Keeping Organization Chart updated.
- Assist Staff in understanding & using their employee benefits.
- In consultation with the Upper Management, coordinate the process for annual performance and salary reviews.
- In consultation with the Upper Management, Developing Recruiting strategies and the approach for filling open positions, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding and orientation programs and process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Handling all duties related to contracts ad renewals and labor office for Ramtrade employees.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of personal records / files / documents.
Job Requirements
- 6 Yrs. and above experience as an HR Specialist.
- Good knowledge of various HR aspects.
- HR certification is a must (Diploma , PHR , PHRI , MBA)
- Excellent command of English language is a must.
