Job Description
Senior Marketing Executive is required with the following responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Marketing department and found the team required to achieve Photon Group goals.
- Develop strategies and tactics that targets our customers (dentists and patients) to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Help in creating the group identity, scope and create strategic plan.
- Lead the marketing team to present & apply the company scope.
- Responsible on conducting training for the customer care employees to educate them how to talk & represent Photon Group to our customers.
- Responsible on all types of marketing for all Photon Group companies, including, social media, promotional printed materials, marketing message presented by sales team, customer service employee, marketing ads done inhouse (inside our branches), educational courses marketing, etc…
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Industry competitor analysis and market analysis.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing is must at least 2 years in the same title, with medical / dental work background will be much preferred
- Dentists with marketing experience is preferred
- Marketing studies or certificate is preferred
- Cairo or Giza residency is must.
