Job Description
- Design and monitor strategic sales plan clarifying how to expands company customers
- Determine company yearly and periodical sales target
- Assist the company to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and conduct realistic forecasts to the sales team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Submit ongoing reports of new products & service provided and market competition status
- Follow-up sales collections and submit reports to both managing director and Financial Department
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with sales team to discuss achievement during the period
- Organize department operation and allocate responsibilities to sales staff
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Prepare and control department budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the company products/services reputation
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as sales manager
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
