Job Description
Mainly responsible for implementing Company recruitment plan
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc..
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
- Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives
- Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of responsible for Design and implement Job description for all employees Positions and levels
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, personal connections, and referrals
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Maintain Human Resources records by recording new hires, terminations, and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
- Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing firm policies gathering withholding and other payroll information.
- Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
- Conduct exit interviews
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Good Knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of recruitment fundamental and Human Resources principles
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
