Job Description

Mainly responsible for implementing Company recruitment plan

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc..
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
  • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives
  • Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners
  • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of responsible for Design and implement Job description for all employees Positions and levels  
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, personal connections, and referrals
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
  • Maintain Human Resources records by recording new hires, terminations, and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
  • Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing firm policies gathering withholding and other payroll information.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
  • Conduct exit interviews

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Good Knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of recruitment fundamental and Human Resources principles
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
