  • you will be responsible for all administrative tasks, office management, website management, company social media, consulting projects management, presentations, documentation and business research activities, developing periodic reports

Job Requirements

  • You Are: a passionate, self motivated, fast learning, positive, honest and flexible professional.
  • Experience ranging from 4 to 7 years in office management/ administration, working with high demanding and fast paced organizations. Down to earth, responsive, practical and balanced.
  • Perfect English, real practical knowledge of Microsoft tools. Patient and focused on staying for long, no short rides.you have worked and can manage a CEO level, you are fast paced and agile
  • You Will: be honest from day one, ask questions to learn every detail, think and plan, then do without hesitation, admit mistakes and take corrective action, initiate stuff and make sure it is completed, commit to regular reporting, timelines, and results achievement, get accustomed to working with one of the toughest, most demanding, educating and fun-loving bosses.
