Job Description

Responsible for accomplishing department objectives by meeting work and cost standards; providing work direction to staff, within the company, He is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of his Manager.

  • Provide support to the Project Management Team
  • Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows, and preliminary schedules
  • Attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Ensure to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
  • Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory, risk management, and safety requirements and procedures, especially in respect of IP confidentiality and related risks.
  • Maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all processes by ensuring that all the technology needs of the business unit are addressed (in coordination with Corporate IT).

 

Job Requirements

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master in Business Administration or PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Three to Five years of relevant experience
  • Public sector Coordinator Experience
OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
  • English and Arabic proficiency
  • Knowledge of other languages is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills,
  • SAP is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
