Job Description
- Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff; security and cleaning
- Responsible for any maintenance and repairs activities in the premises
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Responsible for providing buffet supplies and order stationery and furniture
- Organize all the company bills such as; Power, Electricity, Water … etc.
- Responsible for petty cash settlement, security, and transportation payments
- Coordinate employees’ transportation buses
- Coordinate workers’ seasonal uniform
- Organize company events or conferences, and set the place for any meetings or visits
- Responsible for construction works
- Responsible for scales stamping, calibration, and maintenance
- Support with coordinating legal affairs with government entities
Job Requirements
- BA in any degree
- Very good English
- Very good computer skills
