Job Description
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets attendance.
- Prepare employees’ payroll by the end of each month
- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Workforce Planning and Employment
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Interviewing applicants
- Administering pre-employment tests
- Assisting with completing background investigations
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- HR Certificate is a plus
- Proven 5 years’ experience as an HR Assistant/specialist or relevant human resources/administrative position is a must.
- Male/Female
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , Outlook, and related software required.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
