Job Description

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets attendance.
  • Prepare employees’ payroll by the end of each month 
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Workforce Planning and Employment
  • Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Administering pre-employment tests
  • Assisting with completing background investigations
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • HR Certificate is a plus
  • Proven 5 years’ experience as an HR Assistant/specialist or relevant human resources/administrative position is a must.
  • Male/Female
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, , Outlook, and related software required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
