Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and track company expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial controls.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information and transactions.
- Participate in internal audits and help implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience, including internships or part-time roles.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
