Job Description

  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Manage Monthly Attendance and working hours.
  • Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years as an HR Generalist and managing all phases of the recruitment, Payroll, personnel and internal communication.
  • Excellent Microsoft office user especially Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language ( Written and Spoken).
  • HR Certificate is preferred.
  • Experience in Education or Language training centers is a plus.
