Job Description
- Proposes new products to existing clients that may match their needs & wants / looks for selling opportunities.
- Identifies clients’ needs effectively.
- Completes all the required data relating to each product according to the requirement of each customer.
- Coordinates with R&D department to produce different product design, samples and artworks.
- Co-operates with the designers, production and quality team in order to create samples according to the customer needs.
- Follows up with production teams and production planning department for any information related to product specifications and time of delivery.
- Receives clients’ feedback and ensures that concerned departments are updated/informed.
- Coordinates with Finance department (Cost accounting section) to prepare financial quotation, Moreover, sets profit margin to be approved by HOD / Upper Management.
- Communicates with purchasing department for any information related to materials prices.
- Provides clients with technical & financial quotations, furthermore, negotiates the offer.
- Provides clients with clear information regarding the selling process timeline and follows up for any delays.
- Forecasts sales plan through analyzing customers’ needs or receiving clients’ purchasing plan.
- Communicates with production planning & production department teams with clients’ forecasts or purchasing plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language, French, and other foreign languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and presentation skills.
