Job Description

  • Handling airlines tickets (reissue, refund, schedule change, EMD, etc.).
  • Being back office for the other departments and support them.
  • Communicating with the airlines if needed.
  • Handling and getting the schedule change.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Amadeus or Galileo experience is a Must for at least 3 years.
  • Refund, reissue, EMD, schedule change experience.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Tourism and airlines experience.
  • Very good in English.
  • Males only.
  • 30 years old max.
