Job Description
- Handling airlines tickets (reissue, refund, schedule change, EMD, etc.).
- Being back office for the other departments and support them.
- Communicating with the airlines if needed.
- Handling and getting the schedule change.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Amadeus or Galileo experience is a Must for at least 3 years.
- Refund, reissue, EMD, schedule change experience.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Tourism and airlines experience.
- Very good in English.
- Males only.
- 30 years old max.
