Job Description
SUMMARY :
This position is located at el Tarek Branch in Mall of Arabia’s premises. The incumbent is responsible for all the administrative issues related to the branch permits, rent, and other related issues. He will also act as an HR coordinator to the branch, responsible to make sure of the application of the company's internal rules and regulations, as well as the preparation of the monthly leaves’ sheets and compensation sheets. The incumbent reports to the Branch director in daily routine works and to the HR Director and the Administration Manager in related matters. Preferably Six October city residents. Deadline: 1 July 2021
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facility and Building Management Services: Manages the Mechanism’s office compound as well as other occupied premises Mall of Arabia, including but not limited to issuing permits, paying rents, interact with official bodies, ensuring the continuous operation ability of all utilities and major facility systems, maintenance of facilities and amenities.
- Coordinates with relevant internal and external actors to move special projects forward
- Coordinates the production of program reports;
- Ensures that information is shared with all parties concerned;
- Performs other general administration-related work as required.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor in Business Administration / Faculty of Commerce graduate
Skills:
- Fluent English Language is a must.
- Perfect knowledge of Accounting Activities
- Accurate with particular attention to details.
- Good knowledge of taxes regulations and Egyptian accounting standards.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
