Job Description

  • Provide premium service to PHD customers by answering their inquiries handling their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Initiate welcome calls to new customers, introducing oneself as the point of contact.
  • Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries and settling disputes
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (emails, calls, fax and face to face).
  • Liaise with the concerned internal department (Sales, finance, Legal, customer support, facilities) to resolve customer issues and get required information.
  • Keep daily record of transaction and communications with customers and other departments.
  • Follow up on the progress of requested tasks from other departments.
  • Escalate critical cases of customer grievance and delayed responses from other internal department to the customer service manager.
  • Coordinate, Book and escort the customer in site visits.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree. Relevant post graduate studies is preferred.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer relations management.
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Very good presentation skills. Customer oriented.
  • Positive can do attitude, passionate and team spirited.
