Job Description
- Creates building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Controls projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Uses the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Establishes a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitates their collaboration.
- Works alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of engineering initiatives.
- Follows up on the site to resolve all the customer complaints that occur upon deliverance.
- Participates in the coordination between all different departments concerned with delivering finished units.
- Submits periodic reports to the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent drafting skills using (AutoCAD).
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
