Job Description
- Identifying business needs.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations.
- Updating project documentation and project scope.
- Developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination.
- Integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.
- Ensure systems provided meet business requirements.
- Create required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, and UAT ).
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
- Ability to analyze business requirements.
- Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test plans with the project manager.
- Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
- Introduce business solutions and presenting it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related college
- Must have experience working on large scale projects.
- Good experience with enterprise products like (ERP, SAP,...) is preferred.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship skills & communication skills
