Job Description
- Handling monthly Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.
- Dealing with Governmental offices, Social Insurance, Labor offices, and Health & Safety authorities.
- Perform hiring processes and handling Employment documents requirements.
- Handle Attendance and Monitor fingerprint process.
- Review company Policies, Strategies, and update them.
- Implement Compensation and Benefits plans ( attendance, overtime, salaries, petty cash, and other relative expenses.
- Create company Forms as per business needs.
- Handle grievance & disciplinary actions.
- Perform Periodical reports on a monthly & quarterly basis ( attendance and demographics analysis)
- Having In-depth knowledge in Labor law and other governmental relations.
Job Requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, labor law, and all governmental regulations.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- HR Diploma/Certificate is a MUST.
