Job Description
- Develop and maintain all retail development below the line activities, events & promotions related to Painters and retail show rooms in Decorative Retail.
- Develop and maintain "Master Painter" training, gathering ,events & promotion activities relates with painters in Decorative Retail .
- Manage and lead the In-House Painter team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance in order to support their development and achieving the function’s targets.
- Coordinate with the regional retail development team in developing and implementation of regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.
- Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the “Paint Academy” seminars in order provide the best customer experience.
- Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.
Job Requirements
- Arabic & English speaker is a must
- Bachelor Degree
- Marketing background in Paint or similar industry
