Job Description
- Coordinate the team members to execute the project within time and budget plans.
- Make sure that work in site is carried out according to specifications and client's requirements.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Monitor progress and prepare reports.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc.
- Assist in the preparation of the project's proposals, budget and cash flows.
- Maintain the quality standards of the project while ensuring safe project environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client side.
Job Requirements
- BSc in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field for electromechanical and installation projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge in dealing with design software ( Autocad/ 3D Max)
- Familiarity with health and safety standards.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills..
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with leadership abilities and supervision skills.
