Coordinate the team members to execute the project within time and budget plans.
Make sure that work in site is carried out according to specifications and client's requirements.
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Monitor progress and prepare reports.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc.
Assist in the preparation of the project's proposals, budget and cash flows.
Maintain the quality standards of the project while ensuring safe project environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client side.

BSc in mechanical engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field for electromechanical and installation projects.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good knowledge in dealing with design software ( Autocad/ 3D Max)
Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills..
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A team player with leadership abilities and supervision skills.
