Job Description
- Achieving Sales Targets and objectives by developing and driving key program from the sales plan & manage to support sales capability& resources.
- Communicate monthly report with the sales team with full analysis and recommendation to optimize field force structure
- Ensure that the sales team identify the success factors to deliver Quality, Targeting, Quantity, monitor progress Vs planed
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of marketing activities for all segment and support their strategic decisions
- Deliver sales in terms of market share growth of promoted products, achieving desired sales force performance ratios through effective delivery and implementation of QTQ (Quality, Targeting, and Quantity)
- Monitor progress vs. plans/success factors re-directing as appropriate salesforce focus to deliver the required results.
- Clear communication of Sales Plan through monthly reports and general communication
- Based on plan requirements to propose and recommend incentive, rewards and recognition programs that will drive the sales team to achieve sales targets and aspire to overachieve
