Job Description
- Documentation and tracking of all orders/customer orders.
- Continuous updating of customer database in coordination with customer accounts.
- Report on sales results.
- Tracing report on the movement of orders from the factory to the customer's delivery.
- Follow up the movement management in the delivery of orders with customers.
- Follow up on the warehouse management in preparing all the orders every morning.
- Follow up the provision of goods based on the orders with the Planning Department.
- The barrier between the storage areas of Cairo and Alexandria to cover the needs of customers.
- Report on returns and their reasons.
- Report the postponement of requests and their delivery dates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Proven Experience in Sales.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good command of English.
- Organized and team player.
- Excellent e-mail writing skills.
