Job Description
Deliver all IS (Infrastructure) & AS (Application Support) technical activities for the organization, ECM solutions/products, other development projects as well as 1st line application support for all ECM solutions.
- Responsible for finishing the assigned tasks.
- Build and Maintain all ECM solutions/products (Fotopia) technical environment and servers on-premises and on cloud-focused on Share Point.
- Manage ECM products users and group policies.
- Responsible for setting up daily, weekly, and monthly backup processes for IS and ECM solution environments.
- Responsible for maintaining 98% uptime for all IS and ECM solutions servers.
- Responsible for maintaining all the 3rd party vendors supporting ECM applications solutions (E.g., Microsoft).
- Responsible for FTP and maintaining a copy of source control for all the development work.
- Provide internal and external domains for development, testing, and customer demo purposes
- Monitor network usage and activities that impact organization users and ECM solutions performance
- Provide firewall and virus check for the download files
- Provide remote services for critical ECM product deployment
- Provide help desk support for all organization users
- Responsible for Deployment and configuration for all ECM products as well as all related 3rd party products
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Responsible for sizing all technical activities and hardware spaces needed for ECM implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and solution presentations.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server environment
- Demonstrable level of troubleshooting competence, including:
- A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet
- and TCP/IP networking
- A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
- SharePoint administration and configuration
- SQL database administration
- DNS Management
- SSL/TLS IIS certificate management.
- Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities.
- Troubleshooting focused on determining hardware vs. software, hardware vs. firmware, software vs. operating system, network vs. application/systems, and patterned vs. non-repeatable problems.
- Solid Experience in Azure and Office 365.
- Should have experience on deployment and configuration for the below.
- Microsoft Exchange.
- Microsoft System Center.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
- Any ECM products is a plus
