We’re looking for an operations manager who is highly organized, can handle many tasks simultaneously along with taking a leading role within our organization. The operations manager will play a critical role in the daily core functions of our operations through preparing, processing and sorting all incoming and outgoing requests, in addition to taking charge of connecting with our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving car rental and limousine budget
- Manage operations including vehicles operations, staff, drivers, logistics , procedures , customer requests and reservations.
- Deal with clients including corporate and individuals.
- Handling customer requests or complains.
- Manage the operations with zero mistake
