Job Description
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to fulfill vacant positions.
- Select and use the suitable recruitment source whether through ECOBAT database, recruitment websites, headhunting, advertisements or employment fairs, etc.
- Present the approved jobs offers proposals to the accepted candidates and negotiate the job offers to succeed obtaining candidates
- Respond to hired candidates inquiries to assist them in finalizing their hiring documents in order to ensure they are starting on board based on agreed starting date.
- Handle employee orientation SUMMIT newly hired employees.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures
- Develop and maintain recruitment tracking systems, and manual filing systems to ensure keeping data accurate and updated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Blue Collar experience is a must.
- CBI experience is preferred.
- Industrial, Building Material or Manufacturing experience is a must.
- Very good in English.
- Very good in MS office.
