Job Description

  • Managing company communication services (Phone -Fax-Email)
  • Managing Meetings, flights, hotels reservations for company and visitors as well.
  • Coordinate with liner customers to ensure smooth and easy B/L operational steps.
  • Managing office equipment’s (Stationary-Toners-Maintenance)
  • Managing Stuff leaves reporting to administrations manager.
  • Replacement for Liner stuff during their leaves.
  • Reviewing customers feedback and comments.
  • Managing the Printers-Faxes -Copiers,other machines Maintenance.
  • Supervising All offices in general ensuring management instructions in place
