Job Description
- Serve as the lead contact for daily user interaction and implementation activities.
- Design training plan, provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- Coach and prepare end-users for successful rollouts of the applications. Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment.
- Assist end-users in optimal utilization of software tools and provide technical assistance implementation.
- Develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures.
- Ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Diagnosis, research and analyze users’ issues and requests.
- Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep end-user informed of progress.
- Prepare all the required reports for regular analysis.
- Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics.
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, configuration settings and sequences.
- Learning new releases and functionality in preparation for the next implementation.
- Design and Prepare the project implementation plan according to all project stakeholders, material and requirements, whenever needed.
- Follow the project plan on daily bases, and update on weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- From two to five years of experience in the same position.
- Fluency in English & Arabic languages are mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL database management systems is preferred.
- Localization Industry background is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Details-oriented.
