Job Description
- Leading the change process in the organization.
- Designing and developing an organization competency framework.
- Conducting all recruitment and selection process CBR.
- Conducting the selection process CBI with high professionalism.
- Performing job analysis and designing job descriptions & KPIs.
- Designing Compensation & Benefits system.
- Designing a salary structure using the points system.
- Designing an integrated performance management system PMS.
- Preparing training needs assessment TNA in effective ways.
- Designing training programs and plans to fill the gaps.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 7-10 years.
- Language: Fluent in English
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS Office.
- Other requirements: Professional study in Human Resources.
- Framing job descriptions & KPIs with high professionalism.
