Job Description
- Deliver assigned learning sessions, which may include live classroom sessions, web-based learning sessions (synchronous or asynchronous), and on-the-job training.
- Flex instruction and facilitation style and approach to fit the needs of the audience, the content, and the technology.
- Arrange for an appropriate learning environment for the presentation of material, which may include room arrangement, audiovisual equipment, technical equipment, web access, handouts, etc.
- Turn in and maintains records, prepares reports and correspondence as required.
- Assist Region and Branch personnel with training needs and questions about Technical Education.
- Assist external customers with their training needs and questions including documentation for remote courses.
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced learning facilitators on how to improve their learning facilitation and coaching techniques for greater effectiveness.
- Work with the design and development team to create learning solutions, on time and on budget.
- Report results and KPIs of measurements and evaluations to appropriate Program Leaders, Learning and Development Managers.
- Develop and presents recommendations for continuous improvements to technical training.
- Provide on-the-job coaching on selected projects and Drive SME’s train the trainer program.
- Collaborate with learning professionals, product managers, customers, stakeholders, and more people in the business than we can count.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with our HVAC equipment would be ideal, along with experience in performing hands-on field testing and operations, as well as troubleshooting various chillers and/or related M&E equipment.
- Confident personality along with strong presentation skills.
- Writing, communication, and facilitation skills must be strong to articulate and transfer the content.
- Fluency in English/Arabic would be needed since you need to cover the whole KSA, Egypt, and Lebanon region and communicate seamlessly with our global team.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma.
- Flexible to travel – Can travel up to 50% across all the MEA region.
