Job Description
- Develop / perform a training and development strategy for English language for teachers
- Develop and monitor training programs to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget
- Oversee the development of effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development provided.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of English Literature, or Relevant degree with grade good
- Years of experience: 10+
- Having a high level of proficiency in teaching English language
- Training background is a plus
- Teaching / training skills
- Native English speaker is must UK/US
- Good communication skills
- excellent planning and organizing skills
