Job Description
- Structure design, especially large scale steel structures;
- Project management, coordination between different specialties, design quality control, progress plan, design approval, site construction, workshop, third party design agent;
- Market research;
- Bidding, including technical proposal, BOQ preparation, budget estimation, technical negotiation;
- Technical supervision for large projects;
- Study and solve any technical problems encountered in civil engineering projects;
- Collect and study new technology in the engineering field;
- Training new staff;
- Accept missions from directors and report to directors
Job Requirements
- Good willingness to work in an international environment, like Chinese culture, able to accomplish independently any missions assigned, able to travel between different countries. no history of crime, never entered any cult organization, good credit record, good spirit for cooperation.
- Age below 45 years old;
- Good health state;
- BS degree and above in the field of civil engineering and construction;
- Fluent English speaking and writing;
- More than 10 years of experience in steel structure design, consulting, and construction;
- Familiar with design drawing software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, Tekla, Revit, etc;
- An expert class user of structural analysis software, including sap2000, Midas, strand 7, plaxis, staad pro, etc;
- Familiar with office system, including word, excel, PowerPoint,;
- Familiar with computer language, including C++, VB, PYTHON, etc;
- Experience and capacity of leading the design and construction of large scale projects;
- Experience of site technical service;
- Capacity to communicate with a different type of people, such as owner, consultant, agent, dealer, colleague, leader, etc;
- Perfect car driving, no record of a serious traffic violation;
