Job Description
- Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the team.
- Support agents to achieve their targets.
- Provide direct coaching and training to the team.
- Supports the team in meetings and monitors handling to clients.
- Meets clients and solve their issues with the team if needed.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the team and follow up on their achievements and provide a report to Sales Manager .
- Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with the team and reports to Sales Manager .
- Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Real-Estate field as a Team leader
- Excellent English Skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Owns a car
