Job Description

  • Reviews, and approves all kinds of contracts for all departments as well as the ability to keep up with the pace of the business.
  • Answers all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
  • Offers legal advice to departments concerning their work.
  • Revises and manages various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including, but not limited to, management agreements, lease agreements, sale, and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
  • Keeps records of all contracts/agreements duration and follows up the renewals of the contracts.
  • Deals with governmental authorities regarding various permits (land, construction, general approvals, corporate work, etc.) in coordination with the top management.
  • Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulations related directly or indirectly to Aman Group business.
  • Interacts with the regional law department, law agencies, and other parties for any legal advice required.
  • Conducts legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to adapt contracts and agreements to rapidly growing and fast-moving business needs.
  • Delegates tasks to the Legal Affairs department as he/she sees fit.
  • Drafting OGAM + Board of Directors’ meeting minutes.
  • Handles all legal inquiries requested by the clients.
  • Archives all legal contracts and documents.
  • Attending the important court sessions and Judicial experts sessions with the outsource in case required by the management
  • Following up on our legal outsource (incorporation- litigation- arbitration).
  • Performs any other duty/task as requested by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Age not less than 30
  • Bachelor degree in law / Master Preferable
  • Analytical skills & Problem Solving
  • Excellent legal and communications skills
  • Experience in administrative law
  • Good command of English language
  • Good looking and have a strong personality
