Job brief
We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to develop learning experiences, including content creation, story-boarding till course development on authoring tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work with subject matter experts and analyze target audience.
- Develop compelling content and curriculum.
- Develop effective storyboards using attractive visualizations and instructional graphics.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
- Provide engaging exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, etc).
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Manage and administrate the learning management system (LMS).
Job Requirements
- Attained courses or diploma in instructional design, educational technology or similar.
- Proven working experience in instructional design is preferred.
- Very good – Excellent English language skills.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Curriculum planning skills.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of course development authoring tools and at least one Learning Management System.
- Ability to storyboard.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
