Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space plans.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Coordinate with the technical and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture in line with design concepts and project budgets
- Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specification documents.
- Present design proposals and updates to clients and management.
- Oversee the implementation of design projects to ensure quality and consistency.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior design.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum [3] years of experience in interior design.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of space planning, building codes, and ergonomics.
