Job Description

  • Managing and maintaining sales data in (CRM) and other software programs.
  • Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department.
  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization.
  • Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives.
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
  • Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
  • Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations.
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
  • Record-keeping responsibilities for sales reports.
  • Perform managerial functions, such as preparing proposals and writing reports.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
  • Maintain an open dialogue with other management to coordinate activities and document control.
  • Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts include status per each contract.
  • Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operations management.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate Brokerage is a MUST.
  • Minimum Required Years of Experience 1 Years same position.
  • Experience in sales operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Hard worker.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
  • Particularly excellent English language and Microsoft.
  • Company location in Heliopolis.
