Job Description
- Managing and maintaining sales data in (CRM) and other software programs.
- Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department.
- Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization.
- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
- Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives.
- Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
- Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
- Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations.
- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
- Record-keeping responsibilities for sales reports.
- Perform managerial functions, such as preparing proposals and writing reports.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
- Maintain an open dialogue with other management to coordinate activities and document control.
- Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts include status per each contract.
- Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operations management.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Brokerage is a MUST.
- Minimum Required Years of Experience 1 Years same position.
- Experience in sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Hard worker.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
- Particularly excellent English language and Microsoft.
