Job Description

  • Streams for Technology Services is acting as a Project Manager Office [PMO] in one of the major projects in the country where it manages the digitization process for several entities. The Project hires several companies specialized in the digital transformation type of work and Streams is selected to manage those companies to ensure the proper delivery as per the standards placed by the customer.
  • Accordingly, we are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to oversee the process performed by the various entities involved in the transformation process [Governmental Personnel and the Digitization Companies]. He / she will be executing specific analysis and developing testing parameters for each stage of the production process, reviewing the outcome of the achieved work and guarantee that it meets the agreed standards and quality. He / she may also need to train the involved parties to raise their knowledge and rectify the methods they are following.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing quality control audit plans.
  • Identifying and executing thorough testing parameters for each process and output images.
  • Evaluating production stages and testing the quality and volumes produced from each stage and confirm its alignment with the standards agreed upon the accepted quality measures.
  • Assigning team members (from both entities) to quality audits and overseeing their work.
  • Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
  • Documenting defects and recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management.
  • Keeping abreast of industry standards and regulations and this will be applied by continuous knowledge demand and updates.
  • Monitor the stocks of the consumables required to keep on performing the daily tasks without any delay.
  • Follow up with the attendance of all the staff involved in the various production stages.
  • Ensure the proper behavior of all the personnel involved in the production to comply with the ethics of the project
  • Be alerted for any problem which may happen and report it in its early stages not to face any obstacles during the project stages which may affect the planned timeline.
  • Get trained on the tools assigned for this job as per the management plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • At least three years' experience as a quality auditor.
  • Proficiency in quality management software.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
