Essential qualifications and Experience

• University Degree in Computer science or telecommunication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including at least three years in telecommunication projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Perform under pressure.
• Highly commitment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Quality focused.
• Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Business analysis

Desirable qualifications and experience

• Development or quality engineering background is preferred.
• Good Leadership skills.
• Self-confidence /Self-educated/ Self-motivated.
• Creative and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills (advanced).
• Telecom back ground  for at least 3 years with min 1 to 2 years in any of below

1. IN Systems (Intelligent Network Development or Planning or Support)
2. Billing Systems
3. Integration Systems (ex: TIBCO)
4. Telecom Solutions Design

Certifications and licenses needed. 

• PMP / ITIL /CBAP/ TOGAF certification is a PLUS
