Job Description
- Determine an efficient marketing mix for MCE, including various marketing campaigns and initiatives, events, sales tools, and public relations.
- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films, and multimedia programmes
- Responsible for coordinating the planning, organizing, and executing of a series of fun school-wide “family /charity events” during the school year
- Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact student enrolment.
- Contribute to MCE’s development and marketing strategy through the collection and analysis of the market to identify target markets for future potential growth.
- Reviews to be checked on Social Media.
- Develop and manage strategic outreach plan.
- Continuously coordinate with the Head of Admissions on MCE’s plans on Advertisements.
- Follow up on competitor’s social media channels.
- Research on events that could be conducted at MCE to stand out in the market.
- Implementing and updating the Marketing plan (Annually)
- Conducting a Market research (Annually)
- Minutes of meetings and preparing agendas
- Find contacts for embassies and multinational companies.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- A background in creating marketing, promotional or educational content would be an advantage.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and effectively engage with staff.
- Strong relationship and networking skills.
- Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
