Job Description
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Follow up and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed example procurement process.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field of study.
- Three years of experience as a project coordinator or related field.
- Experience in project management and agile processes.
- Ability to prepare flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
- Organized and able to do multitasking and time-management
- Very high verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong working experience in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power-point, project …).
- Hands-on experience in project management tools like Azure.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
