Job Description
- Gather customer requirements (like the number of guests and event dates)
- Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests (for example 3D cakes)
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that customer requests are made with the required quality and shapes
- Running catering operations and event logistics
- Monitor quality of the food and service during events
- Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions
- Train, monitor and manage catering team members including Call center who are receiving
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Catering Manager is a must
- Hands-on experience with creating menus from scratch
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays
- Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus
