Job Description
- Builds the different Career path for the assigned departments
- Modifies career paths in regard to the re-structure in the internal departments
- Builds database of quality calibers to achieve target proactive pipeline allowing business continuity and contingency plans
- Coordinates with the central team managers to implement the sourcing needs and the transfers required between departments
- executes the career path plans and analyze the results with the hiring and involved departments
- Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- Experience in analyzing results and studying the business market and work reports and analytical results
- 2-5 years of experience in similar fields, including 2 years in managing a work group
- Experience in managing full talent acquisition cycle from initiating the request and contracting with the client until negotiating the contract details
- Experience in working to raise the level of service for the internal and external customer and the quality of negotiation and persuasion
- Experience in working on candidate and applicant management systems, and efficiency in carrying out tasks through information systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office, Physio and SAP is preferred
- English language proficiency is required
